Jess Davison is the founder of Glow On The Go Beauty Bar, now the skincare and wellness destination within Oasis Salon & Spa. After building her business as an independent esthetician, Jess is growing Glow On The Go under her own leadership, with her signature approach to advanced skincare, restorative body rituals and personalized beauty care.

Glow On The Go was named Best Spa in Bonita in 2025 and nominated alongside Oasis Salon & Spa for Best Spa in 2026. Jess’s work also contributed to Oasis Salon & Spa winning the 2026 award for Best Lash, Brow, Waxing & Permanent Makeup, and a nomination for Best Facial.

Jess specializes in anti-aging skincare and is known for helping women visibly rejuvenate their skin and feel confident in it. Her approach pairs advanced techniques with customized treatment plans, thoughtful consultation and a deep understanding of how skin changes over time.

She believes true luxury is personal. It is found in unhurried service, beautiful surroundings, expert care and treatments that leave every guest renewed.

Away from the treatment room, Jess enjoys bowling, traveling, karaoke and running her fragrance business.

Sheila Nixon brings together nursing expertise, therapeutic massage and advanced esthetics to create a personalized wellness experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Medical Esthetician.

Her nursing background spans medical-surgical, orthopedic, telemetry and home health care, giving her a deep understanding of anatomy, pathology, injury recovery and safe, effective treatment.

A graduate of the Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, Michigan, Sheila customizes every massage, whether you are seeking relief from chronic tension, better mobility, injury recovery, stress reduction or deep relaxation. She also offers thoughtful skincare services grounded in skin health and integrative wellness.

Sheila is an instructor at Bonita Beauty and Wellness Academy, where she mentors future massage therapists, and she helps uphold the standard of care behind the 2026 Best Massage award in Bonita Springs.
