About these terms

These terms apply to glowonthegobar.com and to services booked with Glow On The Go Beauty Bar, located inside Oasis Salon & Spa at 3333 Renaissance Blvd, Ste 101, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

Booking

Appointments are booked through Fresha, our scheduling provider. Fresha’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to bookings made on its platform.

Prices on this site are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.

Cancellations and late arrivals

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service so the next guest is not delayed. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged as stated at the time of booking.

Health history and consultations

Before treatment you will be asked about your health history, medications, allergies, pregnancy and current skincare. Please answer fully and tell us about any changes before each visit.

Some services require a consultation, patch test or medical clearance. We may decline or adjust a service when it is not appropriate for you.

Patch tests and skincare restrictions

New clients must complete a patch test 24 to 48 hours before tinting, henna or lamination services.

Discontinue prescription retinoids, retinol and exfoliating acids at least one week before facial waxing.

Results

Every client’s skin is different. Results vary with age, skin condition, lifestyle, home care and the number of sessions completed, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Photos on this site show individual clients who gave permission and are not a promise of your results.

Series, packages and payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have purchased a series or package. Series and package pricing applies to the sessions listed, and scheduling, expiration and refund terms are provided at purchase.

Because services are performed on the body, completed services are not refundable. If you have a concern about a service, please contact us promptly so we can review it with you.

Aftercare

Following the aftercare instructions you receive is part of your treatment. Contact us right away if you have any concerns after your visit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow On The Go Beauty Bar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
